14 Nov 12:19Discovered this little beauty while on a summer camp. It was a great country getaway and great place to sip a well poured pint. Good bitters and beautiful building. Would certainly be my local if I lived in that area. Cheers!

05 Nov 23:14This 17th Century country pub was my local for 5 years. In the winter you can huddle round a warming wood-burning stove with a pint of local cider in your hand. They have a good bar menu food and top quality restaurant cuisine (the fish options are seriously tasty). Upstairs the bed & breakfast rooms are furnished beautifully. The publican, Tony, is a top chap and him and his wife are really welcoming.
