Who needs B&Q when you've got a M14 postcode? The great thing about this place is it only seems to close when the owner pops out for his lunch! A great selection of bike locks in store too.

Lovely friendly joint eerily reminiscent of The Two Ronnies 'Four Candles' sketch. If you can but a cheaper bag of nails and then run back and swap them for the right size twice during the same afternoon anywhere in Manchester, I'll eat my hat. (Also known as Jemson's)

This shop is fantastic. It has such a huge selection of products in such a small little space. The shop owners look after their customers well, and are extremely helpful. Its always amazing how much they have in store, and their prices are pretty good. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a good local hardware shop.
