I booked myself in here for a fringe cut a few months ago, when my littlest daughter was only a few weeks old, and was disappointed. I was made to wait an hour (for what would have taken them 5 minutes to do) and wasn't offered a drink or anything while i waited. Eventually, the manager noticed i'd been sat in the waiting area for a considerable time and asked if i'd made an appointment. I explained (politely) that i'd been waiting for a 3pm appt and despite it being 4.15 i'd not been seen. The manager, to be fair, did apologise at that point, but i had waited long enough and had to get home to my baby. I didn't get my hair cut, so I cant comment on their hairdressing skills at Nino Milano, but i'd say there organisational/customer service skills need improving.

I used to go here during my student days....one time leaving with a strange badger-like dye job....not so great. But i think i loved it at the time! Good place to go for a relatively cheap hair cut, won't have to book weeks in advance, and it's conveniently located on oxford road.

Nice people, friendly, a bit pricey or a typically 80's finish!
