Dukes 92 is a great place in Castlefield, and is lovely and spacious. Apart from what has already been mentioned, they also have nice function rooms upstairs. I've been to a few events here and have been impressed with the facilities.

I used to go to Dukes all the time. In the summer it is a really nice place to hang out and always has a good atmosphere. They do nice food and have a good range of wines, spirits and ales and the venue itself is really tastefully done. There's often a lot of things going on in that area too so you're always pretty much guarenteed to enjoy yourself.

Super-trendy canalside pub in Castlefield, Manchester which offers mainly run of the mill beers but some exotica is occasionally served. Noteworthy is the selection of cheeses and breads enjoyed on a recent visit
