24 Feb 10:41Just thought I'd point out, as I walked past here last night. Belgian Belly is now under new mangement and has had a refit. Sofas have been added instead of metal chairs it it looks alot freshier and inviting. Not too sure what the new menu is like though but it looks like they are still selling the famous Belgian chocs.

30 Oct 19:08I have to say I disagree with the previous review (sorry Lee!) Forget the Belgian beers! The REAL jewel in the crown is the out-of-this-world Belgian hot chocolate made with real chocolate! Alongside the hot chocolate I also like to sample the delights of their delicious waffles. They only have a couple of tables but if on arrival you are unable to get a seat I would implore you to wait! This place is heaven in Chorlton!

14 Oct 13:49Great Benelux-themed cafe in Chorlton, which sells a selection of superlative-quality Belgian delicacies and chocolates, but the real jewel there is the selection of rare Belgian beers ranging from lagers and Abbey beers, to fruity beers. The dampener is that the food and the beers there are expensive, and the 'Belly tends to attract more affluent Europhiles so it is well advised for the gourmet drinker on a shoestring to find a rich uncle or go there on birthdays or weddings...
