I think Pad 4 U are working hard to grow their business and I hope they will manage it. The owners of the company are quirky, sharp and bluntly honest about the challenges faced by managing and letting properties. They point out that a lot of letting agents do not make much money, but once they have a quantity of properties on their books then the tables will turn. Although a small branch, they are growing their client base. I have been very impressed on their approach at both educating clients and tenants on realistic expectations. However, I'd recommend using Gumtree in conjunction with working them when trying to source a tenant as you will generate a tenant far quicker this way.

Reasonably priced service. Not great customer service, slow to respond to contact made to them. Also slow to correspondence with the required documentation. However have been around for a good while and so they are doing some good stuff.
